Questions?

Is it really as simple as telling my customers to download the app?

Yes. MoveReady is designed with simplicity in mind.

Once your vendor has downloaded the MoveReady mobile app, they will get MoveReady and share the property profile with you.

This profile includes the information you need to comply with the Trade Standards material information that must be available at the point of marketing.

Can the Property Profile be shared with Conveyancers?

Yes!

We encourage vendors to share their property information with their conveyancer early. This allows the conveyancer to provide proactive advice and guidance to speed up the transaction once a buyer is found.

Can I ask the vendor to change information if it's incorrect?

Yes.

If you notice anything that needs to be changed in the property profile, you can simply ask the vendor to update the information in the app.

Any changes made by the vendor will be immediately visible in the public property profile.

Changes are free of charge and there is no limit to the number of changes that the vendor can make.

How do I share the property profile on listings?

Sharing the property profile is easy.

Each property profile has a unique QR code that you can add to property listings. Potential buyers can then scan this QR code to view the property profile.

The MoveReady QR code can be added anywhere including property portals or even your shop window.
