MoveReady Terms of Use
Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use services available on moveready.app, moveready.co.uk and the MoveReady mobile applications available on iOS and Android devices (our “Platform”). Use of our Platform includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with these terms of use.
If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using the Platform.
These terms of use should be read in conjunction with our Privacy & Cookies Policy, which sets out the terms on which the Company process any personal data the Company collect from you, or that you provide to us and provides information about the cookies on our Platform. By using our Platform, you consent to such processing, and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
Definitions
“Platform” refers to the services available on moveready.app, moveready.co.uk, and the MoveReady mobile applications available on iOS and Android devices.
“Services” refer to the digital onboarding experience provided by MoveReady.
“Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to MoveTopia Ltd trading as MoveReady (TM).
“User”, “you”, and “your” refer to the individuals using the Platform.

MoveTopia Ltd (“the Company”) is a limited company trading as MoveReady (TM), registered in England and Wales under company number 12703520 whose registered office address is 39 Parmiter Way, Ampthill, Bedford.
Changes to these terms
The Company may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. We will notify you of any changes by email or through pop-up alerts on our Platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes the Company made, as they are binding on you. Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the new terms.

The Company does not guarantee that our Platform, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our Platform is permitted on a temporary basis. The Company may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our Platform without notice. The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the unavailability of the Platform.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Platform.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Platform through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions and that they comply with them.
By accepting these terms of use, you agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the Platform.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Company is the owner of all intellectual property rights in our Platform, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You must not modify any content from the Platform either printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our Platform must always be acknowledged.
You must not use any part of the content on our Platform for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from the Company.
If you print off, copy or download any part of our Platform in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our Platform will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
No Reliance on Information
The content on our Platform is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our Platform.
Although the Company make reasonable efforts to update the information on our Platform, the Company make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, that the content on our Platform is accurate, complete or up-to-date. Users should independently verify the accuracy of any information obtained through the Platform.
Identity Checks and Anti-Money Laundering Assessments
The Company carries out identity checks and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk assessments for consumers on behalf of estate agents, conveyancers, and mortgage brokers. The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of these identity checks and AML assessments. Users acknowledge that the Company cannot be held liable for any issues or losses that arise from the results or performance of these checks and assessments. Users should conduct their own verification and seek professional advice as needed.
Property Profile Information
The Company captures detailed information about each property being sold and consolidates this into a property profile that buyers can review when evaluating the property. The information captured is in line with Parts A, B, and C of Trading Standards. However, the Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of this information. Users acknowledge that the Company cannot be held liable for any issues, claims, or losses that arise from the accuracy or compliance of the property profile information with Trading Standards guidance. Users should conduct their own verification and seek professional advice as needed.
Customer Feedback
By using our Platform, you agree that MoveTopia Ltd may contact you to ask for feedback about your experience with our services. This feedback may be collected via email, phone, or other communication methods. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our services. Any personal data collected during this process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Our Liability
Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Platform or any content on it, whether express or implied.
The Company will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- Use of, or inability to use our Platform; or
- Use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Platform.
- Loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
- Business interruption;
- Loss of anticipated savings;
- Loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or
- Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
If you are a consumer using the Platform, please note that the Company only provide our Platform for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Platform for any commercial or business purposes, and the Company have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
The Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform.
The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Platform or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any Platform linked to it.
The Company assume no responsibility for the content of Platforms or services that are linked on our Platform. Such links should not be interpreted as an endorsement by us of those linked Platforms. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages in addition to the specific types of damages already mentioned above.
Viruses
The Company does not guarantee that our Platform will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and Platform in order to access our Platform. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our Platform by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Platform, the server on which our Platform is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Platform. You must not attack our Platform via a denial-of-service attack, a distributed denial-of service attack or any other attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. The Company will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and the Company will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Platform will cease immediately.
Linking to our Platform
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.
You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part unless agreed with the Company in advance.
You must not establish a link to our Platform on any Platform.
The Company reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
API Usage Terms
Users may access their data relating to this Application via the Application Program Interface (API). Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product/service that accesses this Application, is bound by these Terms and, in addition, the User expressly understands and agrees that the Owner bears no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the User’s use of the API or their use of any third-party products/services that access data through the API. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the API.
Third Party Links and Resources in Our Platform
Where our Platform contains links to other Platforms and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. The Company have no control over the contents of those Platforms or resources. The Company will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of third-party Platforms or resources.
Applicable Law
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and the Company both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. The Company both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Delete Your Information
If you wish to delete all or certain information about you contained in our Platform, please send an email to hello@moveready.co.uk with the full details of your request. Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes, to complete transactions or to comply with our legal obligations.
