How does MoveReady reduce fall throughs & transaction time?
Capturing Material Information about the property being sold provides more transparency to buyers, reducing the risk of any surprises at the point of draft contracts.
In addition to this added transparency, MoveReady reduces delays by proactively organising ID checks, finances and legals quickly and simply in the MoveReady app. This proactive approach paves the way for faster completion times.

Can I change my plan or cancel?
Yes, MoveReady is pay as you go. There's no commitment and you can change you plan or stop using it at any time.
How long does it take a customer to get MoveReady?
Getting MoveReady in the app takes less than 15 minutes for buyers, and less than 30 minutes for vendors. This excludes any time spent with your mortgage broker or conveyancer.
Does this change the way my partners will receive referrals?
Yes, but in a good way. Your preferred partners will receive a notification when they receive a customer referral. In addition, they get access to the relevant customer information to make a warm introduction, including the customers preferred contact method and time.
They even get access to ID information making onboarding seamless for both the customer and your partners.
How do you capture ID information?
We capture ID information in accordance with the Land Registry digital identity standard, which follows best practices set out in the Government’s Good Practice Guide (GPG45).
This includes extracting the digital image from the customers passport, using advanced cryptography that’s built into the MoveReady app. We then perform a liveness test in the form of a short video. The video is then compared with the digital passport image to confirm the customer’s identity.
This evidence is made available to agents, mortgage brokers and conveyancers in the MoveReady web portal once the user has granted permission to share.
If a customer doesn’t have a valid passport, they may use a Biometric Residence Permit or a Driving Licence as a fall back.
How does MoveReady help with Trade Standards Compliance?
Trading Standards have released official guidance detailing the material information that must be published when a property is marketed.
MoveReady helps vendors quickly and easily disclose information about their property, by connecting with multiple UK datasets and confirming the data with the vendor. Once completed, this information is available in a unique property profile page which the vendor can share with you as their agent.
Some material information such as property price is not found in the MoveReady property profile to avoid duplication. This additional information must be disclosed at the time of listing to achieve full compliance. A full list of this additional information can be found in our terms of use here.
How do I get setup with MoveReady?
